Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years Materials Management experience in a manufacturing setting.

Master Production Scheduling experience a plus

Materials and Lean experience required.

Must have a basic understanding of statistical process control techniques and data collection systems.

Must have advanced Excel and data manipulation skills

Strong communication skills: both verbal and written

Extensive supplier relationship background

Domestic and/or International travel as required

Duties: Responsible for weekly/monthly consolidation of metrics data for the materials and scheduling functions across eight manufacturing sites to include but not limited to:

Monthly Component balance projections

DOH based on demand forecast

Downtime caused by material shortages

Schedule changes

Obsolescence

Excess inventory

Daily schedule adherence


Coordination of trend analysis to include demand waterfall analysis, safety stock recommendations and supplier broadcast information.

Site support on special projects involving data management and consolidation.

Special project work as required.
