APICS Central Minnesota Job Board: Supply Chain AnalystDate: 6/3/2010 Title: Supply Chain Analyst Qualifications: Basic/Minimum Qualifications: Duties: The Supply Chain Analyst manages supply chain product flows from procurement through distribution, to support customer requirements. Schedules procurement, manufacturing, and distribution for a specified group of products typically high volume/high value products. Analyzes material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, replenishment interval, and sets these levels to support the business/customer requirements. Determines raw material, semi-finished and finished goods inventory buffer quantities and actively manages these to optimize business investment. Monitors and reports capacity requirements, special order and stock service levels. Continuously works to improve the planning and scheduling process. Identifies and implements ways to improve customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain efficiency to achieve measurable results. Contact: |
