Qualifications: Education - Degree in Engineering, Business or Operations. Masters highly desired
Certifications: Green Belt/Black Belt Preferred
Experience - 8 years plus global experience in Operations Supply Chain and preferably in Automotive related industry preferred.
Previous experience in global high mix industry manufacturing business preferred.
Certifications - CPM, CIPS, APICS etc.

Duties: Experience in building and leading global sourcing/procurement teams with emphasis on China Asia Pacific preferred.
Cost Spend - well over $100 Million U.S
Management experience - yes including Asia reports
Number of Suppliers - well over 1000
Industry Automotive Electronics /Electronics
Experience with - Manufacturing Startups and continuous improvement sustaining manufacturing operations.
Travel - 25%
Language - Chinese oral and written skills nice to have but not necessary.
This is a senior strategic position involving Asian direct Reports (Sourcing Managers) . Must have experience in sourcing/procurement in Asian commodity market involving Electronics/Auto Electronics.
